Working alongside Executive Interiors and Bates Smart, the Sydney headquarters was transformed into an open and flexible environment. Sit-stand desks, monorail workstations, and casual breakout zones provide staff with choice and adaptability throughout the day. At the heart of the design, a striking structural steel staircase by Asentis connects two levels of activity. More than a means of circulation, the stair has become a vibrant focal point for movement and collaboration, embodying OFX’s bold and evolving identity.
Delivering this feature required ingenuity. Tight structural constraints between reinforcing beams posed significant challenges, yet the introduction of carefully planned penetrations allowed light to filter through and expanded the sense of openness. The result is a workplace that unites technical precision with design vision—an environment that supports people while bringing the OFX brand and culture to life.
