Engineering

The Asentis team is equipped to handle all aspects of a project’s engineering, either through our in-house design expertise or in collaboration with our trusted external partners. With years of experience, we have the right specialists on hand for base building engineering, structural engineering, and element-specific engineering, including glass and balustrade loadings.

We are capable of conducting a range of tests, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), weld tests both in-shop and on-site, and destructive testing of designs to support documentation as needed.

Surveying

We specialise in precision site documentation, using advanced surveying technology to capture even the most complex environments with millimetre accuracy. Equipped with high-accuracy laser levelling devices and 3D scanning technology, we meticulously record structural details to eliminate guesswork and ensure seamless project execution.

Fabrication

Asentis operates expansive, state-of-the-art production facilities across Australia, specialising in the precision fabrication of high-quality structural and architectural steel, including stainless steel and brass. With a combined manufacturing footprint exceeding 10,000 square meters, our facilities are designed for maximum efficiency, allowing us to scale operations seamlessly to accommodate tight project timelines and fluctuating demand. Installation

Over the past 30 years, we have carefully selected the finest tradespeople for our specialised stair installation projects. Our team encompasses every trade imaginable, ensuring that regardless of the project's size or scope, it will be completed to the highest standard of quality and finish.
