Designed by Cox Architecture, the office fit-out champions flexibility, wellbeing, and a strong connection to both place and history.
At the heart of the design is a sculptural internal staircase—an architectural focal point that symbolises movement and collaboration. Engaged early as specialist stair consultants, Asentis worked closely with all stakeholders to deliver a solution that balanced form, function, and budget. The staircase integrates seamlessly with the broader design, featuring exposed elements that mirror the ceiling structure and glazed balustrades that frame uninterrupted views of the Brisbane River and Story Bridge.
Recessed LED lighting within the hardwood timber handrails provides both functional illumination and a warm, ambient glow—elevating the stair from a structural element to a celebrated design feature.
