Revitalising Modern Workspaces

Asentis proudly played a key role in the transformation of this dynamic office space, with a focus on the stunning staircase that serves as the central connection between two levels. The project masterfully blends existing elements with new additions, creating a harmonious balance between heritage and modernity. By integrating old and new, the design respects the history of the space while delivering a fresh and functional environment for contemporary use.

The centrepiece of the project is the sculptural steel staircase, which seamlessly connects the two levels and serves as both a functional element and an architectural statement. Crafted with precision, the staircase blends steel and timber finishes, maintaining a consistent aesthetic that complements the surrounding space. Its graceful curves and robust structure make it a focal point of the design, embodying the project’s innovative spirit.

The project began with the demolition of the existing fitout, paving the way for a reimagined workspace that includes meeting rooms, breakout areas, and open-plan workstations.

Collaboration was key to the project’s success. Asentis worked closely with the design and construction teams through a series of workshops, developing tailored solutions to address evolving needs. This approach ensured that the staircase and other fitout elements met the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Early involvement in the design development phase was instrumental in realising the project’s vision. By blending innovative solutions with respect for existing architectural features, Asentis delivered a workspace that balances functionality, aesthetic appeal, and a sense of connectivity—with the staircase as its crowning achievement.
