MA Financial Group is a global alternative asset manager specialising in private credit, real estate, hospitality, and unique operating assets. Their workplace at Brookfield Place was designed to reflect the same precision, performance, and considered approach that defines their business. At the heart of the fit-out is a sculptural inter-tenancy staircase which anchors the workspace across multiple levels. Positioned beneath an LED skylight, the stairwell draws light deep into the centre of the floor-plate, encouraging natural movement and connection between teams.
In collaboration with Bates Smart, the design embraces a calm and refined palette of natural materials — stone, tile, plaster, and timber — creating a textured, tactile environment that feels both grounded and sophisticated. The interiors are intentionally pared-back, allowing materiality, light, and craftsmanship to shine. With a turn-key delivery approach, Asentis ensured seamless execution from concept to completion to realise a space that feels timeless, functional, and deeply aligned with the client’s vision.

The premium-grade tower at 10 Carrington Street connects to the beautifully restored Shell House — winner of the National Trust (NSW) Heritage ‘Conservation Built Heritage’ award.
