Lobby Stairs

1. 60 King William, Adelaide

Nestled in the heart of Adelaide’s Central Business District, 60 King William Street is a striking showcase of architectural innovation and sophistication. At its core lies a breathtaking curved staircase—an elegant centrepiece that defines the refurbished lobby. With sleek black-painted handrails, pristine white folded 6mm treads and risers, and a luxurious finish, the staircase captivates visitors while seamlessly blending form and function. Fabricated as a single, seamless piece for rapid installation, it stands as a testament to both engineering precision and timeless design.

2. 101 Collins Street, Melbourne

The staircase at 101 Collins Street seamlessly blends the building's historic charm with contemporary design elements, creating a harmonious link between the sophistication of Collins Street and the vibrant energy of Flinders Lane. This visionary approach elevates the staircase beyond mere functionality, transforming it into an inviting and memorable architectural experience for all who visit.

3. Shell House, Sydney

The stunning burgundy feature staircase at Shell House seamlessly connects the dining room, terrace, and sky bar, offering visitors stunning views and a visually dynamic journey through the iconic 400-tonne clock tower.

4. The Langston Place, Sydney

The Langston is the vibrant heart of a thriving community designed by the award-winning architectural firm Architectus, developed by Cbus Property, and constructed by Hutchinson Builders. The project represents a new era of modern living, combining convenience, urban connectivity, and supreme comfort. A defining feature of the lobby area is the stunning sculptural steel spiral staircase that creates a sense of arrival as one elevates to the next level. The design is dynamic, graceful, refined, and welcoming.

5. Lobby Stair, North Sydney

The curved staircase is the first thing you see as you walk through the doors of this Altis Property Partner’s St Leonard’s property. More like an art installation than a staircase, this lobby stair created by Asentis in partnership with D-Arc Architecture and Intrec Management, is the focal point of the lobby space, enticing visitors to make their way to the second level.
