The Langston is the vibrant heart of a thriving community designed by the award-winning architectural firm Architectus, developed by Cbus Property, and constructed by Hutchinson Builders. The project represents a new era of modern living, combining convenience, urban connectivity, and supreme comfort.
Asentis was engaged early in the project, collaborating closely with the team to deliver a turn-key solution for the staircase that stands as the centrepiece of the lobby. Fabricated with 14 tonnes of mild steel, the steel spiral staircase spans from the ground level to the podium level, with an overall height of nearly 6 metres. The minimalist design, achieved through the use of steel plate, is finish painted in black and complemented by timber stair treads, stainless-steel handrails, and integrated LED lighting.
This impressive double-height sculptural staircase not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the lobby but also serves a vital functional role. Connecting residents and visitors to the podium level, the staircase provides access to the home lifestyle amenities, including a co-working space, multipurpose room, wellness hub, and pool deck.
